A damp basement suite for the homeowner’s tenants required Miers Cutler Construction to move swiftly. This complex project required us to disassemble an enclosed exterior laundry room to install new perimeter drainage around the house. A new sump pump and alarm were installed as well as an overflow pit into the garden to prevent water from entering the house. Due to the invasive nature of this work, it provided the opportunity for the homeowners to change their cracked asphalt driveway to a more environmentally sound permeable driveway.
