In collaboration with Gin Fizz Interior Design, this 1980s condo was thoughtfully reimagined for modern living. Perched on a scenic hilltop in Vic West, the renovation focused on making the most of every square foot while bringing a fresh, contemporary feel to the home. The kitchen was refreshed with a clean, updated design, improving both function and flow. A key feature of the project was the addition of safe, practical access to the loft area, enhancing usability while prioritizing long-term comfort and security. Designed as a “forever home,” this space now supports the homeowners’ next chapter with improved accessibility, refined aesthetics, and a renewed sense of ease.
